Other than some rare fried banana wares, asian desserts are a disaster on the palate.

btw, love the blog keep it up.nocturnationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03827975198941174942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6815618632465464750.post-14706818494020261362007-06-19T15:05:00.000-07:002007-06-19T15:05:00.000-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.nocturnationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03827975198941174942noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6815618632465464750.post-1706378751304439232007-06-19T10:28:00.000-07:002007-06-19T10:28:00.000-07:00I agree! I don't like most Italian desserts. But I...I agree! I don't like most Italian desserts. But I do like the mille foglie, a sort of napoleon with layers of pastry and whipped cream, cannolis, and gelato. But I'm not in love with ricotta cheese as a dessert element.Gorilla Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00728047731232535233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6815618632465464750.post-58715158546214281132007-06-19T01:55:00.000-07:002007-06-19T01:55:00.000-07:00Absolutely. I'm down w/ meat from anywhere, noodles, most breads, etc., etc., from all over the world (it's really just the seasonings available to each culture) but I have to draw the line @ most not just non-Western but non-Western European desserts. Even spumoni is suspicious. Dried up fruitcake fixin's in ice cream? WTF, indeed. Hell, I'll go so far as to say: cake, pie, brownies, ice cream & certain French pastries, we need no more for dessertM. Bouffanthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04519088858760760560noreply@blogger.com
